Constant body and muscle pain has become much more common in people these days. There are many conditions that lead to whole body pain. Stress's one of the most common conditions among other conditions. It can also be due to your day to day lifestyle, underlying medical conditions and sedentary working style. 1.Stress

When you are highly stressed and depressed, it affects your immune system and makes it vulnerable to infections and sickness. People become susceptible to infection that increases muscle pain all over the body. Stress is also the main cause of migraine and headache. 2. Dehydration

3. Lack of sleep

4. Anemia

Anemia occurs when your body lacks properly functioning RBCs i.e. Red blood cells. An anemic person always feels exhausted tired and pain in all over the body.


5. Vitamin D deficiency

When your body lacks vitamin D, your muscles start cramping, twitching and numbing. It can also cause weak muscles, brittle bones and tenderness.


6. Arthritis

Arthritis is extremely common medical condition referring to joint and muscle pain. It happens when your joints become inflamed and cause severe stiffness, swelling and redness around the joint.
