A healthy lifestyle is one of the most important things for your skin to shine. If you are unhealthy your skin will not shine. 5. Live a stress-free life-

No matter how difficult it may be but living a stress- free life is the secret to healthy skin. Tension and depression can cause you to age faster. Smiling and staying away from stress is the key.
